Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the minimum we need to build your itineraries:

• Account info: email address and authentication metadata.
• Trip questionnaire answers: destination, dates, family details (ages, dietary notes, interests), budget, and any special requests you share.
• Generated itineraries: the plans we produce for you.
• Billing info: processed by Stripe; we store plan tier and a reference ID, never your card number.
• Usage analytics: anonymized page views and funnel events via Vercel Analytics (no cross-site tracking, no third-party ad networks).

How we use it

• Generate and deliver your itineraries.
• Send the itinerary through our AI provider (Anthropic). Your family's details are transmitted to Anthropic only for the purpose of generating the plan.
• Allow a human verifier to review the plan (Wanderer plan only).
• Email you about your account, your trips, and — if you opt in — occasional product updates.
• Improve the product through aggregate usage patterns.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Anthropic — AI itinerary generation.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting and anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Children's data

Family details you share may include information about children (ages, dietary needs, interests). We treat this data with care and use it only to personalize the itinerary. We do not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 13.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time by writing to us. Deleting your account removes your profile, questionnaires, and itineraries from our active database.

Retention

We keep your itineraries for as long as your account is active so you can reopen old trips. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (e.g. billing records).

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-friendly, cookie-less approach by default.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
