1. Who we are

Wanderkin (“we,” “us”) operates an AI-assisted family travel itinerary service accessible through this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

Wanderkin generates family travel itineraries using AI, and on our Wanderer plan a human travel planner reviews the itinerary before delivery. Itineraries include suggested hotels, restaurants, activities, and booking links sourced from public information and AI research.

We do not book travel for you. Availability, pricing, and accuracy of third-party services (hotels, airlines, restaurants, attractions) are controlled by those providers. You are responsible for verifying availability and completing any bookings yourself.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs on your account.

4. Billing and plans

Paid plans (Explorer, Wanderer, Single Trip) are billed in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the charge if you believe you were billed in error.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) abuse, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service; (b) scrape or resell itineraries; (c) use the service to generate content that violates applicable law; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) attempt to bypass rate limits or paid-plan gating.

6. AI-generated content

Itineraries are produced by AI and, on the Wanderer plan, reviewed by a human. Despite our best efforts, AI may occasionally generate outdated, inaccurate, or incorrect information. Always verify critical details (hotel availability, restaurant hours, visa/entry requirements, flight times) before traveling.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will be available, accurate, or suitable for your family's needs. Travel involves inherent risks; you are responsible for your safety and compliance with local laws.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderkin's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
